Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
