Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping rates may vary depending on:

Delivery Times

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information

Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
We will review the matter and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
- No one is available to receive the package
- The delivery address is incorrect
- The package is unclaimed
the carrier may return the package to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may be required before the order can be resent.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel shipments to locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted, or prohibited by law.
